So, I looked at bottom paints, I think the best one for my application would have been the VC-17, but quite expensive.

One thing I also dont like about bottom paints is they mostly are dark colours, black, blue, etc. No white.
I do prefer a white bottom. I could have done it, but was curious to try a friends secret recipe, so thats what I did. 1 gal of exterior white latex ($24) and ($10) of the secret ingredient. And I have paint it looks for a couple years, as I only used about a third of the gallon.
I will let you know during the season how this paint holds.
