Update on our boat search - Cruising Dream (TEST)

Just in case anyone is wondering, we are quite busy with the search still.

In the coming weeks, we will be in Michigan and later off to Massachusetts.

Ah...the memories are flooding

I'm looking forward to Massachusetts as we will extend it to spend some time in Cape Cod. Love that place, spent a lot of my summers there as a kid. Cant wait to go back...so many good memories.

Has a placemat like that as a kid! :-D

We have a few options in mind, that I cannot divulge at this point, and we'll make our decision over the next month. Apparently August is one of the worst month for boat sales, I am hoping to use this to our advantage, yes, I am a cheapskate. I didn't used to be, but after seeing how many people low-ball things that I have for sale, I am now in that camp.

Anyways, in due time, I will reveal all the details of our searches.

A funny note...Apparently, I am one of the few that brings a hammer and use it when checking out a boat!!! I did learn a lot from our failed transaction on a Marine Trader 34 that was in the Rideau.
