- Wake up every morning and get the RIGHT things done
- Put down your smartphone and be more present (GUILTY!)
- Practice relentless kindness
- Love yourself, too
- Work a little less and spend a little more time smiling with people you love. (HARD TO DO – BUT WORTH IT!)
- Say what you need to say (Used to be quieter, now people know more what I think!)
- Leave toxic relationships behind (FOR SURE)
- Let go of those who are already gone
