This TV series which started last year on Starz is a prequel to "Treasure Island". I did catch a few episodes, it's good, while a little too complex, probably better binge-watched, as I got lost when I missed an episode or two.

Like all new series, its full of gore and naked flesh. Sort of reminds of Game of Thrones in its attitudes. The characters are good, even the women characters are well developed. Probably the downside, and maybe this is normal, too many characters, busy backstabbing each other
But, hey, I love Pirates and all Piratey things! So, I will now watch it again during the next snowstorm. Its really only 8 episodes.
