- Me: "hmmm...does that mean that I now have to get rid of all these books?"
- Conscience: "Yes, didn't you start down that path with the thought of minimizing?"
- Me: <sniff />
Anyways, I did live-aboard a Christ Craft 28 for one summer, with my first serious GF. It was her father's boat...when we broke up, I missed more the boat and her father than my ex. Sad eh? But I digress

I always was attracted to sailing, so in late 90s, I learnt to sail on a Laser (still love sailing Lasers) ...got a small boat (Potter 19) and went sailing...I enjoyed it immensely...except, 99% of the time I sailed alone. By now I was seriously tied down with a half that didnt get the water/sailing bug at all. Believe me, I tried everything...Kayak...Canoe...Sailing...Cruiser...nothing worked.
So, I joined racing nites! Racing is fun, I learnt a lot, but still NOT what I was really after. Cruising and seeing the world! (to be continued)
